Ashley Duffy joined Zeller in 2022 as Director of Events, Pioneer Court. Ashley is responsible for selling, managing, and planning events that take place at the 10,000 SF outdoor venue at the crux of North Michigan Avenue and the Chicago River – 401 N. Michigan Avenue. Throughout the year, Pioneer Court, Chicago’s premier outdoor plaza, hosts a variety of festivals, brand activations, art installations, private events, and filming projects.

Prior to joining Zeller, Ashley worked as the Director of Marketing for United Service Companies, a national staffing company headquartered in Chicago. The majority of Ashley’s career was spent as the Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at The Magnificent Mile Association. During her time at The Magnificent Mile Association, she led the efforts for The BMO Harris Bank Magnificent Mile Lights Festival—a two-day citywide event ending with a nationally televised tree lighting on Pioneer Court and holiday parade down North Michigan Avenue, officially kicking off the holiday season in Chicago. Ashley has over 10 years of experience in the events and marketing industry.

Ashley is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in Apparel Merchandising and Business. Under Ashley’s management, The Magnificent Mile Lights Festival won multiple awards including a Midwest Emmy in 2016 for Special Event Coverage on ABC7 Chicago, and two Illinois Governor’s Conference Best Event or Festival wins in 2015 and 2018. Ashley has been involved with many Charitable Foundations including Keshet, the Chicago Police Foundation, and the Chicago Help Initiative. She is currently serving as Vice-Chair of Zeller’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
