JR deSouza has been an underwater photographer for 20+ years, co-founded Outex Underwater Housings for camera gear in 2010.  JR holds multiple patents related to imaging technology and waterproofing of photography and cinematography equipment for cameras, smartphones, lighting, triggers, tripods, lenses, and tethering. JR advises leading professionals from around the world in various disciplines, from commercial portraiture to Olympic sports. Many of the instructors at ClickCon have become Outex ambassadors for their own work. JR’s underwater photography has been published in Forbes, the LA Times, and the cover of SWIMMER magazine twice. As a former Olympic swimmer, JR often works with Olympic level athletes in water sports, having shot men’s & women’s USA water polo teams, diving, and artistic swimmers from various countries.
